• Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst in waterfall and Agile environments across multiple functions and sectors

• Solid Knowledge of tools, frameworks, techniques and documentation for delivering business analysis for projects from inception to completion

• Consulting or contracting experience working with clients on scope definition, requirements gathering, process mapping and data modelling. 

• Great stakeholder management skills as well as ability to communicate, present, articulate and facilitate at all levels. 

• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Flexibility to travel nationally to clients

• Extensive experience in biding for and winning consultancy contracts across private and public sectors 

• Solid knowledge of sales and services processes for placing business analysts on assignments and engagements related to IT projects and programmes

• Good understanding of client needs, creation of tailored solutions and execution of dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements

• Solid knowledge of customer and market research, approaching clients with proposals and arranging consultation sessions for winning contracts

• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills

• Flexibility to travel nationally to clients

Manage and lead BA academy within ETX and play a key role in design, creating and delivering practical business analysis training courses to teams and individuals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

​

• Solid background in coaching and mentoring IT professionals preferably Business Analysts with private and public sectors

• Solid Knowledge of advising and applying BA techniques, frameworks, methodologies, tools and key artefacts during project Lifecyle

• Experience and Knowledge of BA qualification portfolio - BCS, IIBA, APMG

• Proactive, passionate and committed to transfer BA knowledge and experience to make a real difference to learners you engage with

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills

• Flexibility to work remotely or from London based site
